On 14 October 2025 at 10:30 CEST, Eurometaux will host a webinar to mark International E-Waste Day: “Keeping Value in the Loop: Exploring the CRM Potential of E-Waste.”

The event will bring together representatives from the European Institutions, CRM recyclers, industry associations, and environmental NGOs for a strategic discussion on how Europe can unlock the critical raw materials (CRM) potential of e-waste and strengthen its resource autonomy.

Keynote interventions and a panel discussion will focus on:

• The forthcoming WEEE Directive revision: ensuring an effective framework for collection and treatment of e-waste. 
• The EU Waste Shipment Regulation: addressing barriers to high-quality recycling and cross-border flows.
• The Circular Economy Act: supporting Europe’s long-term resilience.

The webinar will highlight how these initiatives can support high-quality recycling, reduce dependencies, and secure a sustainable supply of critical raw materials for Europe’s green and digital transitions.
